Synapse is enterprise reporting system for retrieving data from stand alone selling locations using simple mobile phone. Currently, in Tisak d.d., system retrieves daily reports, special reports, montly inventory reports from 100+ selling places. The system's primary goal is to optimise inventory/stocks and it has resulted in business storage costs being reduced by 30%.
